What happens when I exceed my AI screen limit?
Screens continue uninterrupted at $0.85 per screen. Overages are billed at the end of the month and shown in your billing dashboard in real time.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You keep full access through the paid period.

Does the client portal count toward seat limits?
No. Hiring managers in the white-labeled portal are unlimited on Professional and Enterprise plans and do not count as recruiter seats.
